Whose magical display of deep wisdom, the Teaching on the Integrated Unity of the Great Perfection (Dzogchen) and Wheel of Time (Kālacakra),
其為甚深佐欽時輪之幻化

ཟུང་འཇུག་བསྟན་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐ་གྲུ་རུ།།
ZUNG-JUK TEN-PA JIK-TEN T’A-DRU RU
He endeavors to disseminate throughout the extent of the world;
力圖宏揚教法遍及於世間

སྤེལ་མཛད་དཔལ་ཆེན་དགྱེས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡི།།
PEL-DZAY PEL-CH’EN GYEY-PA DOR-JÉ YI
The Joyful Vajra[1] of great glory:
讚嘆所作堪稱喜樂之金剛

ཞབས་པད་བརྟན་ཅིང་མཛད་འཕྲིན་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག།
ZHAP-PAY TEN CHING DZAY-T’N GYAY-GYUR CHIK
May his lotus feet remain firm, and may his deeds and activities expand.
願汝蓮足遍全世間永留印

ཨེ་དབྱིངས་ཀ་དག་ཟབ་གསལ་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེ།།
É-YING KA-DAK ZAP-SEL DZOK-PA CH’É
The continuum of E, originally pure, profoundly luminous, the Great Perfection (Mahāsaṅdhi),
原始淨光圓滿無量為智慧

མཆོག་ཏུ་མི་འགྱུར་ཝཾ་ཡིག་དུས་འཁོར་ཆེ།།
CH’OK-TU MIN-GYUR WANG-YIK DÜ-KHOR CH’É
Supremely unchanging, the syllable VAṂ, the Great Wheel of Time (Mahā-Kālacakra);
無上不變廣大時輪為方便

ཟུང་འཇུག་གསང་ཆེན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གླིང་ཆེན་པོས།།
ZUNG-JUK SANG-CH’EN CH’Ö-KYI-LING-CH’EN-PÖ
May your great sanctuaries of Dharma promulgate and spread the great secret of their Integrated Unity,
願汝廣傳任運訣竅化宮殿

SHAY-DRUP TEN-PA DAR-GYAY YÜN-NAY SHOK
In teachings of explanation and practice; and remain for a long time.
教言修法久存於世永不滅

ཅེས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་རབ་གནས་ས་ཁྱིའི་སྨིན་དྲུག་ཟླ་བའི་ཚེས་བཞི་དགེ་བར་ཨེ་ཝཾ་པདྨ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་གླིང་ནས་སྙིང་ཐིག་ཡ་བཞིའི་དབང་བསྐུར་གྲུབ་པའི་བཏང་རག་གི་སྐབས་སུ་སྒོ་ཆེན་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་གནམ་ལྕགས་གུ་ཧྱེ་བསྟན་འ
ཛིན་ནས་ཨེ་མ་ཧོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་ཕུལ།།
Thus so it was that on a positive day (astrologically), the 4th day of the 10th month of the Earth Dog Year (November, 2018) in the Sixty Year Tibetan Astrological Cycle[2], this itself was humbly offered to Émaho Rinpoché (Khenchen Lama Pelgyeypa Dorjé Rinpoché) by Gochen Tulku Namchak Guhye Tendzin[3], during the occasion of an offering of thanksgiving for the accomplishment of the conferral of Empowerment into the Fourfold Heart Sphere (snying thig ya bzhi), at Evaṃ Payma Khandro Ling.
於西曆二零一八年十一月，即藏曆土狗年十月四日之吉祥日子；我（果千祖古南迦桑阿丹增）於依旺貝瑪卡雀林，並完成四部心滴之灌頂後，謙遜地供養成就吉祥物及此長壽祈請文于貝扎法王堪欽喇嘛仁波切。
